Life is precious , health is precious.Life-time is too short but there is to achieve a lot.

i.e.inorder to achieve the four basic essentials of life like Dharma ,Artha , Kama and Moksha one is to be healthy first. According to WHO health is a state of being healthy physically , mentally and socially not merely the absence of diseases or infirmity. In contrary according to Ayurveda "Samadosa samagnischa samadhatu malakriyah, Prasanatmendriya manah swastha iti bidhiyate ." Ayurveda is the best way to be healthy and to enjoy a blissful life individually and society at large. The term Ayurveda implies the science of life to take care of the health of a healthy one along with eradicating the sufferings of a diseased person. Ayurveda is an ancient healing science experimented and established by our the then scientists like Bharadwaj ,Agnivesh ,Sushrut ,Charak ,Vela ,Drudhaval ,Vagbhata , Nagarjuna etc.

We are strictly following the basic principles of Ayurveda i.e. any shorts of suffering of an individual or mass purely depends upon the unnatural diet and unnatural lifestyle i.e. ahita- ahar and ahita - bihar are the only two root causes of all shorts of sufferings.Dinacharya ,Rutucharya ,Rasayan and Vajikaran are also the basic concepts of Ayurveda to take care of health.
